Description:

DVA is seeking to engage a suitability qualified organisation (or organisations) with proven capability that can provide a value for money service delivery model to support and deliver DVA’s Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) Home Modification services to Entitled Persons.

Home modifications are broken into two types: minor modifications and complex (also known as major) modifications.

Minor home modifications include but are not limited to rods for shower curtains, wooden wedges, step ramps and shower base platforms.  Major home modifications include but are not limited to home (bathroom) modifications, lifts (stairlifts, waterlifts), fixed ramps, step modifications, and ceiling hoist installation.
